Processing Facility

Our new plant was established in December 2009 near the ocean of Ushine area, known for it best hamachi culturing site in Japan.

By locating the hamachi farm across from the plant, we are able to consistently deliver the hamachi to the plant in its freshest state.

1. 1st Division of Processing – fresh fish is transported – primary processing
  (bleeding, beheading, eviscerating,filleting)
2. 2nd Division of Processing – vacuuming, measuring, and packaging
